For the aluminum interior trim, I've never encountered anything a dampened microfiber towel couldn't handle...with water.
For the PCM screen, I ordered the pre-moistened Porsche brand wipes made specifically for that screen.

I like to use something like Opti-Clean with significant polymers to avoid any marring on the trim, gauge faces, etc. http://www.autogeek.net/optimum-opti-clean-cleaner.html It's also a good product for the final cleaning/wipe down of wheels for the same reason.
Then I follow up by misting a microfiber towel with spray wax and wiping the trim, screen, etc. I use Duragloss Aquawax, which helps keep fingerprints, etc. off trim surfaces. Aquawax is also great exterior spray wax. http://www.autogeek.net/duragloss-aquawax--951.html
If you have marring or microscratches on the trim now, I would recommend using a plastic polish to get those out...
