2012 option help. looking at a car.
PDCC and PTV are listed on the sticker but have a zero for cost. Does this mean the car has the options and they were included in another package? Or are those items not included??

Those two options could be acquired separately or as part of the Sport Package which also included the sport paddle shifted steering wheel (replacing the standard multi-function steering wheel).
My CTT has the Sport Package and I believe the package cost was around $3500 or so. So probably when equipped with that package, the individual components don't show separate/individual costs.
