Default Porsche paddle steering wheel

I know the 958.2's had paddle as an option.

Has anybody put one on? Also, does it require a new stalk to control the display ?

I have one for sale and a guy is asking.

You are selling a wheel or a Cayenne?

You mention the 958.2, but you are not clear about the model info for the wheel/Cayenne you are asking about. A little more detail would help us provide a better answer.

To my knowledge no one has successfully made a 958.2 wheel work on a .1. Similarly I don't know of a 958.1 wheel working on a 955/957.

The 958.1 did have a wheel option with paddles, but it is neither heated nor has the MF controls.

Can't tell you about the older models.

It's a paddle wheel going on a 958.2. I'm asking because the person has a multifunction wheel.

In the 911, you only have 3 stalks when you have a multifunction wheel. If you put on a paddle steering you have to change the cover, and add a stalk for the display control.

Has anyone done the conversion to a paddle on a 2010 and up Cayenne?

Which model of wheel? I see on the configurator the MF wheel is an option, but it has the paddles. I can't quickly find info on the non-upgraded wheel to see what it has.

In the 958.1 to go from the MF wheel to the Sport wheel you needed to add an extra stalk to handle the MF functions. Going the other way is like you describe for the 911.

Since the call out the MF functions as a separate option I expect similar, but I don't know enough about the .2 wheels (I thought MF was standard now and they all had the paddles).
