Default Electrical Advice Needed

I need some guidance on where to start to look on a issue that arose after a coffee mishap. Saturday morning I was on my way home with a large coffee in the cup holder. Unfortunately, I did not seat the coffee cup well in the cup holder and took a corner like I was in my 911 and then said coffee cup was all of the sudden in my passenger seat which has the vented seats...

I tried to clean up as much as I could to dry the seat out as much as possible and then the next morning problems..... The problems range from lift gate not working, cabin lights no longer turning on when door opens, to a message that the start/stop system is disabled, then the dreaded lighting bolt system error message, also when lock the car the lights flash but car does not beep twice like usual. I assume that there is a control module under the passenger seat somewhere.. I looked at the manual and it only showed fuse box locations.

Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks!

All your modules are under your passenger seat. You probably fried them. time to remove that seat and see what lurks underneath

let everyone know what it looks like under that seat.

I was surprised, I thought it was going to be bad…

Disconnected the seat and the same messages came across the display.

The two modules look in good shape.
What do each of the modules control?
