Plastic is reasonably decent, rubberized trays that come with it are nice too. Took the usual 'slow boat from China' to get here, ordered on 12/15 and it just got there today 1/5.

I'm waiting on one to arrive that I ordered off eBay that looks the same and was a bit less expensive. Also ordered a set of the armrest handle storage boxes and I'm hoping they don't look too cheap.

You mean the center console grab handle pockets? I got a black set for mine and they look fine, work nicely (for what little they hold, which is often just a pair of reading glasses) and have held up without issue.

Oh, I'm sure there's likely trademark/copyright issues. Lots of fly-by-night stuff out of China. No doubt this listing will 'disappear' but another one will likely pop-up later. It's ridiculous.

Truth be told, however, IDGAF if something like his has a logo or not. It's a tray inside the armrest, so, really?

Heh, some things just seem to get lost in translation. I'm sure no end of confusion arises trying to translate English idioms into Chinese.

is it a typo in the ad that the 2011-2015 use the same tray, while the 2016-2017 use a different design? Shouldn't the cut off be 2011-2014 and 2015-2017? I ask because I have a 2015 CD - first year of the 958.2. I'm thinking I should order the one for a 2016-2017.

That's why I posted pix of both the tray AND my existing armrest area. If yours doesn't look like mine then you'd probably not want to order the one I bought.

As of 2017 (for sure) they use a different style. Don't know about 2016. If there's a typo it should probably not include 2016 but extend to 2018 as the new models are being sold as 2019, iirc.

The 2017-2018 models changed several things in the interior. PCM is different now having no bezel (along with different center vents), as is the armrest pocket. The driver-side dead pedal footrest is different also. The rear bumper fascia is different also, and I think the GTS/Turbo door running board areas meet up differently to the door sills (making for possible issues for any aftermarket door sill covers if they extend that far). It'll be an adventure for future owners narrowing down which of the 958.2 parts to use...
