Default Sweet spot for 958?

Is there a sweet spot for 958s, i.e. some years where it all came together, or all the years roughly equivalent?

Even though we just picked up a 2011 Turbo. In my opinion the 2014 GTS is the Unicorn from a desirability and driver experience pov. Not sure if that is what your asking or if you more interested in best options available or reliability standpoint. Turbo S is another to consider but more important than the models is which options the vehicle has. PTV+, PDCC, ACC, PCCB, cooled seats, color, air suspension, Burmester stereo, are all very important to consider and aren't financially feasible to add after the fact.

Agreed. The LAST of the naturally aspirated Cayenne V-8's with the GTS package is the place to look if you are shopping. If I recall, these are the Cayenne engines that the privateers put into the LeMans prototype cars and won with them. I am waiting for Porsche to come back with a new normally aspirated V-8 Cayenne R model at double the price.
