Technically did it yesterday but swapped in new brake rotors, pads, wear sensors and flushed the brake fluid. Wife's wearing out the front brakes every 35k miles or so

I upgraded the dash speakers in my '15 CS today.
I installed a Burmeister center speaker and a pair of Ferrari tweets today. See this thread for details.
The Burmeister was *not* quite plug and play...it had a different connector than the Bose center speaker. The Ferrari tweeters were indeed plug and play.
I'm not sure I hear much difference with the new center, but that might be source material related. The tweeters, on the other hand, are definitely an upgrade. Highs are just a bit more crisp.
Note the difference in size (larger magnets) and depth between the speakers, and the difference in cone material, paper versus polyester (or similar on the center.)
Took 40 minutes for all three, including a search for a needle to try to release the pin connectors so I could swap rather than splice. No go on that. If I did it again, it would take 15 total, including cracking open the Athletic Brewing IPA.
For both sets of speakers, a trim removal kit is highly recommended. For the center speaker, a T20 (I think) is also required. Not much else is needed...

Did you have to have the dealer do your TPMS sensors? Did you go stock OEM sensors or aftermarket? I'm at Big O Tires currently getting a set of new rubbers and they tell me higher end german vehicles are tricky with these TPMS sensors and best bet is to go OEM and/or to the dealer. #frustrating as I don't want to pay 2-3x the price just cuz I got it from a Porsche dealer. But, that may be our only option?

leather delaminate from dash and bubbles all over. I called dealer about it as I expected long wait but there were two in stock in the US. I think it is almost 10k warranty cost.
but, creeks and rattles are a concern ……asked them too put best tech on it.
