Default Error Code:P0c2d Auxiliary Transmission Fluid Pump Control Module Feedback Signal Low

Anyone have any ideas on how to deal with this? The Start-Stop is also deactivated. My understanding is that the Aux Pump circulates transmission fluid though the tranny & its radiator when then "Stop" is engaged. TIA

Bump. Bueller?

I replaced the battery and also cleared the error. Unfortunately it came back. Does anyone know where I can get some documentation on this topic? Hard to diagnosis this with zero info.

TIA!

Please post if you get any information on the pump motor.
I just got the same error code on my 2013 Cayenne Diesel.

Hey David. I've been tracking this down as best I can. I have this theory that either the PWM pump that keeps the transmission fluid pressure up when the Start/Stop system is stopped is going bad or (most likely I suspect) the control cable that goes from the PWM pump is somehow damaged - maybe oil or water got inside a connector and shorted the control line. Or maybe the control box that sits under the passenger seat for the PWM has gone bad (or the connector/cable is compromised inside the car).
Anyway, these are my current theories. As soon as I have the time to get under the car and check out the control cable and clean the connectors, I'll let you know if it solves the problem (or not).

How many miles do you have on your 2013 diesel? I'm at about 110 thousand on my 2011 S.

I have 165,000 miles on my 2013 and love the car.
I have ordered a new transmission oil filter and oil and will change this out as soon as it arrives.
I will have all of the cables check when this is done.

I recently had the Oil Pressure Sensor replaced. When they did that they removed the plastic underbody covers
and did not replace them, asking me to verify that there was no leaks.

I suspect that rain / snow may have shorted the wiring under the car.

Someone did this already on a Cayenne - and it might be in our DIY forum. Worth taking a look..

Default Hello, help...

Hello,
I just bought a cayenne s from 2011 and I have the orange error code "motor fault" and the "start and stop" is deactivated.
With a diagnostic tool, I have the error P0c2d "Auxiliary Transmission Fluid Pump Control Module Feedback Signal Low".
Did you find the solution to this problem?
Is the battery problem too low?
Can you guide me in my research?
Regards,
Chriiis

Chriss,

Have you checked the battery voltage? You should be able to do that with your diagnostics tool...

From my factory manual its under section:

Driver Electrical Oil Pump - EOP_Driver_OPST_Duty_Low
(Only for Start/Stop and Hybrid
vehicle)
Malfunction criteria: OPST PWM Signal sends
"Duty continuously low"

Hopefully that helps there isn't much else in that section

The Aux Tranny Pump is what delayed delivery of my eHybrid last month. The pump itself was fine - it was the controller. I don't know the code it threw, dealer just told me that it threw an AuxTrannyPump code while moving it form detail shop to pickup area. I have pasted the section below and hope it helps. This appears to be the correct # for the part they replaced in your 2016 cayenne e hybrid
Control Module - Porsche (958-618-601-10 or 95861860110) ... Yours starts with 956 but cannot find that anywhere and this number seems to match for 2011 to 2018 cayenne hybrids.

Usually it is the control module that causes the problem. Based on all my study, the correct control module is 7P0927601A.
but then when I actually found the control module in my 2016 Cayenne S E-Hybrid, the actual number on the part was 09D927601.
My module was located by removing passenger tire well, where it was bolted right behind the back of the tire, which is basically under passenger floor/wall beneath glove box.

But if yours is the model 7P0927601A then everyone says it is under passenger seat. I looked there first before finding it behind tire well.

The error code usually is because connections are not great or part itself is bad.

Bought replacement on ebay but have not replaced yet.

If yours is same as mine then connector has weird locking mechanism. That locking mechanism needs to be pulled down from verticle position to horizontal position. It will be hard to do but a screwdriver placed in space just below locking mechanism may offer leverage to break it free, just be gentle as you can. But make sure locking mechanism is pulled all the way down 90 degrees before removing connector. But that connector type is probably only for my part # 09D927601 behind tire.

But I really wish I could find that computer thingy that hooks up to the car to change auto start stop code from 1 to 0 to turn off the function. Cannot remember what that computer is called.

some other ways to temp shut of auto start stop are unplug brake sensor above brake pedal, remove 12v battery sensor from battery, attach trailer light tester to put into tow mode, lift hood - start vehicle - close hood. But most of these methods will show errors on dash. So I have abandoned all of them. There is no button or accessible setting in my hybrid. Trust me I've looked for months.

Some say you can disable stop start by putting into sport mode but this is not true in my Cayenne.

Good luck and let me if you fixed the problem because I still need to solve mine.
