Default Brighter Headlight option?

I live in a place with very poor visibility, outside the US. Can anyone recommend a particular replacement bulb for the stock USA headlight bulbs that come with a 2012 Cayenne? Thank you.

I honestly have never owned a vehicle with better stock lights than a Cayenne. My 08 CTT and the 04 CS before it both had the xenons and on high beam it is like daytime no matter how dark it gets outside. Living way out in the country, it gets real dark...

You would have to tell us which lights your car has since there are different types of lighting used on different models.

If you already have the xenons, I think your best bet is going to be auxiliary roof mounted lights that will blind everything you point them at.

You might just need to get them aimed. I know my 2013 with LEDs had to be re-aimed. They needed to be raised up.
