I recently ran out of windshield washer fluid and just refilled the tank. The light will not go off on the dash saying it's low... am I missing something here?

The container in my 06 holds 2 gallons. The light will come on when it is a bit over half gone. I just put in a gallon and the light goes out. I would have to ignore the low level warning for a long time to totally run out. I would say the level sensor is bad.

Looks like a call to the dealer it is. Really happy I bought a CPO car... last week heater blower motor, this week fluid stuff. Wasn't my anticipation when buying a Porsche to have a few issues 10 days into ownership lol

I went to buy a gallon of distilled water to mix with the washer fluid concentrate and thought I might as well buy 2 gallons to have on hand. I was surprised when it took both jugs to fill it!

Cant use a mix here. Need -45C strength.

Very helpful picture. Thank you. Can the wheel well covers be removed w/o taking the wheel off? Probably would be much easier to remove wheel first, but I don’t have jack stands (yet).
