I would absolutely love to do a dyno run. Sadly though. Don't have a before to exactly measure what the increase is. With new diverter valves in (stock 710p) and worn evo ms diverters out.
Car runs soooo strong. I just wish we had the roads in Canada. Pretty happy right now.

I'm following the fine example set here by Bosty, I now see why the FVD kit (https://www.fvd.net/us-en/FVD110955/...olers-set.html) comes with the lower hoses, the 955 hoses are completely different. I'm working through that issue now but also noticed that the 955 plastic ducting is not going to fit on the Turbo S intercoolers. Does anyone know if the 957 ducting will fit the 955 Turbo S intercoolers? I'll do a write up once I've completed this upgrade and add it to the Cayenne DIY (https://rennlist.com/forums/cayenne-diy-224/) forum. Thanks, Joel

So to answer my own question, yes, 957 Turbo ducts will fit the 955 Turbo S intercoolers. At least the front ducts will. I picked up a set (thank you again Petza914) and they fit right on the Turbo S (AKG) intercoolers. The passenger side 957 lower charge hose is also needed. The driver side charge hose has to be cut. I'll post a DIY guide once I have completed the upgrade.

If anyone else is looking to do a similar intercooler upgrade, I still have a pristine, used 927 Turbo S Driver's Side intercooler available for sale. (Passenger side sold a long time ago and probably should have only sold them as a pair, but you can probably pick up the other from eBay or a dismantler to complete the set).
The Turbo S uses a larger intercooler with all aluminum construction instead of a combination plastic and aluminum one. I upgraded even further with a set of the larger (and more expensive) FVD Intercoolers.
Thoroughly cleaned in my heated, ultrasonic parts washer with aluminum safe cleaner (Anchor Atlantic US2003). Boxed up and ready to ship.

Well I learned a lot about Cayenne intercoolers, air ducts and bumper covers. What I learned is that due to the headlight washer system, the 957 front air ducts will not fit. They did go onto the AKG (these are the 2006 Turbo S and FVD Brombacher) intercoolers but the headlight washer system hits the 957 front air ducts on both sides so the bumper cover will not fit without cutting. In looking at a picture of the 2006 Turbo S that my intercoolers came from, it looks like they used the same 955 ducts as my '04 came with. I wrote up a full "how to" on my adventures on this upgrade and have submitted it for the DIY site. PM me if you want a copy.
The take aways were:
You cannot use a Turbo S ECU even if you get the immobilizer codes cloned
You cannot use 957 air ducts without cutting them unless you don't have the headlight washer system
957 rear air ducts are almost impossible to find for sale
You have to cut your left (driver side in U.S.A.) lower intercooler pipe to use the AKG intercoolers or source the correct 2006 CTTS hose
Bigger intercoolers and a good ECU tune make these beasts even more fun to drive
Here is the tutorial on the intercooler upgrade: https://rennlist.com/files/955IntercoolerUpgrade.pdf
