Default Great American Cayennes for Sale

I haven't seen a thread for nice Cayenne's from around the country that might be of interest to those looking to get into Cayennes. Was pretty helpful in the 964 forum when I was looking.

I won't start with this one as it's a scam and/or salvaged:

Don't buy this one: 2011 Cayenne Turbo - $30K. IN SF Bay Area. Very poorly worded ad. No affiliation.

Good idea

We have a Craigslist thread in the 996 forum for the same purpose. Not only does it give help finding options for people, but the critical eye of experienced owners with no horse in the race can help buyers better learn the little things to look for that could signal bigger issues.

Hopefully this thread will develop well.

I would bet the SF 2011 CTT for $30k is a scam based on how poorly worded that ad is AND that it is also for sale in Houston:

Good trick to weed out scams is (in chrome) right click on the photo and select "Search google for image".

I first saw this Houston one online 4/12/2016. So in roughly 4 months it has came down $7K from $52K and added 3K in miles. $113K MSRP. Entry & Drive, LCA, 21" 911 T2, and Rollup Sunblinds are some of the highlights.

Excellent idea, but very unfortunate first example. That has all the hallmarks of a scam.

I know many of us keep our thumb on the pulse of the Cayenne market. Love to see this on the first page every day.

Agree the SF CL ad looks like a scam. Hopefully this one is not...

2011 $48k CTT with 50k miles in Northern Virginia...

Unfortunately the pics don't help the discerning eye though.

Are 958 TTs really down that low already? Not feeling bad on my diesel's hit over the last year...

That one is local to me. Be happy to work out a Rennfax for serious buyers. PM me to set something up.

Id say that's a perfect example actually. The OP didn't catch it, but the ever watchful eye of Rennlist did and hopefully save someone from the scam. That's just as useful as helping someone find their perfect car.

Lets at least start this thread with a real ad. First of all this same White car has been used for several bogus ads. Second, 30k for 2011 is not realistic. Not even salvaged, which this cars looks to be from the discoloration between the front fender and front door. Also panels don't look correct

Edited my original post, but as Gnat says, it's valuable for pointing out to others that it is a scam and they can steer clear.

Re: the bolded above, hopefully this thread delivers some "unrealistic" good deals for members here

Kind of like this one:

Asking 15K a good 2-owner option:

http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/cto/5721304323.html

2005 Turbo with 105K miles and new turbos/hoses/etc. New tires ($1,500).
