Question PLZ. advice my PCM! system error : amplifier, cd changer, navigation not available...

Hello expert you~
i have a 2003 cayenne turbo, my best friend.
a month ago, message "System error: amplifier, CD changer not available" was represented on PCM window.
So I tried a test using several methods as giving advice in the forum.
press 1,4,8.
replacing fuse 9.11.12
and lock car-wait 1minute-unlock car-.....start method..

But I was given up for repair with the same symptoms, it is now the panel is turned off altogether. I can not sleep because of PCM stress.

NOW my cay's symptom is
1. PCM display window black out.
but anytime turn on freely,(Sometimes looking at a tunnel or at night seems weak light in the display.)
2. hear the sound (like tick, tick, tick) in the rear trunk of the all day(maybe cd changer)

RENNISTIAN expert~
please save my cayenne ㅜㅜ

It sounds as if the PCM has gone to meet it's maker. Two things appear to have failed (and may be from a single source - like the power supply in the PCM)..

Your fiber loop (MOST) isn't communicating. That's why all the items aren't working. And probably why the CD changer is stuck in infinite disk changing.

Your screen backlight isn't lighting up - which is why the display is black.

To me that would make me think there is a PCM power supply failure. Either external (power going to the unit) or more likely - internal - some electronic component failed inside the PCM.

Can we assume while pulling and replacing the fuses you checked to make sure they were still all good? If so - it may be time to think about a new PCM or some alternative solution if you really want to keep your TT.

VERY THX Deilenberger~

i replaced already fuse (left : 1,2,12 right : 9,11,12) T T.... but, still not working..

i'll check PCM power supply, and in-external electric component...

and i wonder, is there inside fuse in PCM?

Check all the connections to the nav, CD changer and head unit. A bad connection can cause the system to show the fault you indicated. Ask me how I know...

Cheers,
