Replacing front acceleration sensor

Replacing front acceleration sensor
Does anyone know if these will swap without electrical issues or needing to perform any coding? I've purchased a replacement for the front RHS due to finding recent error code 140 (body acceleration sensor front right).
Just want to check before I swap it over..
Thanks

Interesting question.
Porsche # for my 2011S is 95860607700
It is cheaper by about $50 than your VW part #.
I also googled both numbers together and got nada.
Then i google toureg Q7 and Cayenne and this popped up http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Genuine-Vw...item25abbb5c8b

I'm pretty sure both are one and the same, just different number designation. I'm starting to buy more and more parts from my local Audi dealer due to the exact same items being sold under different product codes at significantly lower prices. This may not apply in the U.S but certainly does in the UK!
Back to my original question, any idea if I will get away with replacing the sensor without electrical issues? My previous car was an Alfa and swapping nearly anything electric out will cause problems (CAN bus)

when I check my online AllDataDIY about replacing that sensor, it does not provide the remove and replace instructions. It just shows me where it is. On the other hand, if you were to have to replace the control module then the PWIS is cited in the instructions. I suspect that the PWIS won't care.
I sent you an email

Attached is what I wanted to send you. See page 125, item #5. I learned yesterday after doing some research that your body acceleration sensor may very well be contributing to the issue at hand.

Hi Cavu, I didn't receive your email for some reason but the info you give in this post is a massive help - again, THANKS!! Where did you source that file from? I'm very keen to have a copy if the rest of the document
Pulling the RHS front wheel arch liner gives me the opportunity to clean out the drain hole as well, the left side I did the other week due to a massive leak in the footwell so best prevent it from happening to drivers side!

That is an excerpt from the Porsche Service Information 2011 Technik Introduction Cayenne/S/Turbo. It is not a service manual in any way.
alladatadiy.com has the same thing in it and it has a service manual with labor hours and part number and prices.
I also understand that Porsche has an inline service manual subscription but I've never been successful finding it.

Replaced the acceleration sensor and it fixed the problems, so for any others that has issues with MENTAL suspension behaviour whilst driving this is a very easy fix, just remove the wheel arch liner for access
