Default Pulsing Idle

Today was 95F....but there was about 78% humidity! The moment I got out of the car....my sunglasses totally fogged-up. No joke. After first starting the P!G today.....I noticed the idle had a steady, rhythmic pulse, like a misfire without a CEL. Could this be fuel sediments? Coils? I added Berryman's B12 and the pulsing went away. Now, I'm worried....

I have this as well. Every once is a while at idle, it will stumble and almost die. I first noticed it after having the fuel pump replaced. It doesn't happen at throttle. I also have an intermittent CEL. If it's on the next time I take it in for something else, I'll have my indy pull codes. Plus, the transmission valve body is going to need attention eventually (occasional hard thump braking at low speeds).

Like Cord said: I've got too many miles (coming up on 125k) to worry for now.
