MPD flickering, then goes blank
2006 S 51k miles... Just purchased. Driving back up to NC, MPD starts flickering and has now gone blank. Stopped at Porsche of Hilton Head with the wife because it's the halfway point toward home and service manager said that I'll likely need a new instrument cluster. It always seems to me there's another way to fix something like this other than buying a new one. Has anyone else had this issue? Working on getting Braman Motors (who I purchased the truck from in Miami) to make good on it since it was two days ago.

Found a possible solution.

I'm going to take the cluster out (anyone have a link to good instructions for that, I would appreciate it very much) and try my hand at this repair.
I'll report back in case anyone else had this issue.
