All, by way of update, I ended up purchasing a 2012 Cayenne S with 15k miles, black, with beige interior, from a Porsche dealer in Chicago, most every option, and had it shipped in a container to Africa. I just took delivery of it last week.

It's an awesome vehicle, and seems to run fine on the gasoline we have here, despite being US spec'd. I had thought to drive only on weekends but enjoy it too much to let it sit so its now my daily driver.
