It has more Torque developed earlier in the RPM range and same transmission so it should pull better.
I don't think capacity spec will be changed at all.

+1. Towing capacity is based on many factors in the design - brakes, transmission cooling etc. The changes for 2015 are minor (other than the engine on the S).

I agree with others, Porsche could have done something better with the rear end. They have again missed the corporate design cues from their flagship models. Perhaps I am partial to my MY13 base design but I suspect change is inevitable, yet you want to see improvements in design, not just change for change sake. I love my VR6, glad I have one, dust in the wind.
