For example, I imported this photo to iPhoto and then used iPhoto's export option to export to the desktop. When the export dialog box opened I changed full size/medium quality to medium size/medium quality and this is the difference. When I chose the file to attach here on rennlist, I chose the new desktop version.

Beautiful color but it would be nicer if not revealed one fender at a time.
Use your editing software (eg, Win PhotoGallery) to make a resized copy pics to 800x600 for posting.

I have the same color, Mahogany, coming on a Cayenne Diesel next month. It will have the Luxor Beige interior. The Mahogany was on the Panamera in 2013 and is new to the Cayenne this year. I never really liked the Umber for some reason. I once had a boat that was in Mahogany and was close to this, though not metallic.

Enjoy.

Thanks everybody.... test photo....
When I tried to post I had exceed my limit with the 3 photo's already posted... had to delete to make room? Is that normal? Or was I just taking up too much?

I believe the limit may be due to the fact that you are a 'user' rather than 'member'
I'd have to double check on that ....

Congratulations!

Mahogany is a great color addition for 2014. I am keen to see the interior photos.

So far our new GTS has been perfect. (This is the first new Porsche we have bought. The other new cars we have had are a Toyota, Subaru and Ford. Interestingly, all three had at least one minor problem in the first couple of months, but the Cayenne has not...)

For the break-in, one of the things I did before the 1000 km mark was go to a local hill (about 750 m long) and went up and down it ten times. I kept the car in manual mode. On the way up, I used about 2/3 throttle and tried to keep the rpms below 4500. On the way down, I would come over the crest at some speed, and then lift off and let the car coast down the hill in gear. Again, I tried to choose gear(s) that kept me below 4500 rpm. The purpose of this is to load the piston rings in both directions (under pressure and vacuum). This is how I broke in my 911 3.2 motor that I rebuilt, and it has very low oil consumption.

Many say this is not so necessary with modern motors, but I still chose to do it. FWIW, the GTS's oil level gauge is still reading at full, and I have not had to add any so far.

Overall, I would have to give the GTS a 10 out of 10.

Host the photos on photobucket. They will auto resize for forum viewing.
