Sorry for not being clear - I do not have the Sat module installed - it is a legacy module from my donor PCM. As a result the PCM is searching for it but is not able to find it. Thanks.

The PCM may or not be coded for the Satellite module but the Satellite module itself is not part of the PCM, it is a separate module, which if it didn't change over the years is under the right side of the rear bench seat. So if you had the Satellite radio before you still have the module and the new PCM will just need to be coded for it.

I never had the satellite module - the cayenne from which the PCM came did have the satellite module. The PCM believes that it should be installed but is not able to find it - thus I am getting an error message and I believe it is also causing some of my nav-tv modules to work intermittently. Thanks.

Then if you want Satellite radio now would be a good time to pick up a Ebay or wrecking yard module or if not, you will have to take it to the dealer to have them code out the SDAR.
