Question Weight of 19" Cayenne Design wheels? and best spacer size?

Folks,

I was wondering what the weight is of the 19x9 Cayenne Design wheels? I was also wondering what spacer thickness would be max for these wheels on 955. I am guessing the 17mm Porsche ones would work? Would 20 mm or more work? I am looking to get as wide as possible without passing the fenders or causing any issues.

Thanks in advance!

here's a data point- the 21inch OEM wheels are 10in wide. So i think the 17mm spacers would work.

Thanks...do you know the offset of the 21x10 OEM wheels by any chance? I'm pretty sure the 19x9 Cayenne Design are 60 offset, so with 17mm spacers that would end up being 43mm offset I believe?

That is correct. My 20-inch stock wheels are ET60 and the truck came from the factory with 17mm factory spacers ON THE REAR ONLY. Rear wheels were perfectly flush with the fenders, so I would not go any higher than that for a 9-inch wide wheel.

I swapped to aftermarket 20x9.5 wheels in ET52. When I did that the fronts sit fine (a little wider than stock), but I had to remove the rear spacers to avoid the wheels sticking out past the fenders.

And yes, I believe ET60 - 17mm should result in ET43 offset.

the 21's are et 50.
the 15-17mm spacers should work, however you may need longer bolts.

Thanks for the replies! Much appreciated.

Kosmo, just to be clear. With the 21x10, 50mm offset the 17mm spacers would push those wheels beyond the fender correct? In other words without spacers they sit close to flush with fender?

Budget M3, your stock/original 20" , 60 offset wheels were also 9" wide, right?

Thanks again!

Ok, I ended up weighing the Cayenne Design wheels. I will say that this is probably not 100% accurate but just for information for anyone that might be interested. I pulled off one wheel/tire from my CTT and weighed it on a digital scale. Came in at 66.3 lbs...I then went to Bridgestone website and found the weight of 255-50-19 Blizzak LM25 tires a WHOPPING 44 lbs!!! This basically means the weight of the 19" Cayenne Design wheels should be about 22 lbs which is actually not bad at all.

Most of the 255-50-19 tires I am looking at replacing these tires with are about 30 lbs...so I am looking at reducing unsprung weight by about 14 lbs per corner just with a tire swap

the reason I wanted to figure out the weight of these wheels is because I was looking at the pros and cons of increasing my wheel size to 20" or 22". Most of the wheels I was looking at were in the 30 lb per wheel range so it looks like I will be sticking with these 19" since they are not too heavy.
