Default Mobil 1 0W 40 CHEAP for Black Friday

Advance Auto Parts (.com) has a Black Friday sale for 4.99/quart, normally 8.99. That is a steal up here in North Jersey.

Downsides: Store Pick-up only. No other coupons can be applied.

Went to the local Advance Auto Parts - they never heard of it. Is it a website only deal?

It's a website deal. You have to order it on the website, pay for it on the website and then pick it up at a store. More trouble then it's worth to go out in that traffic again.

I used my iphone and ordered it while in the store for pickup in that store. Within a minute, they saw the order in their system. Thanks, it works.

Just FYI, none of the oil they sell meets either Porsche C30 or A40 specs. No VW507 spec oil either. They won't even special order any, cuz their warehouses don't stock it either.

I purchase 12 bottles of M1 0w-40 From Manny Moe and Jack yesterday for $5/

I also noticed M1 0w-40 is now available in 5qt jugs. This is new.

If you're gonna use Mobil 1 in your late model Porsche, these are the only two that meets spec.

Does anyone know the difference between this "New Life" 0w-40 and the standard European Car Formula that I would assume most of us are familiar with?
