Default Please HELP track down my coolant leak

I have a slow leak of coolant some where and it has been driving me ABSOLUTELY nuts.

I have a 2005 and it has the updated Aluminum pipes. I took off the intake manifold already and dont see any signs of leaks from up top.

I know I smell it on the passenger side of the engine up front somewhere. I dont see any white residue that would help me find the leak.. any recommedations on where to check while the intake manifold is off?

Water pump? T connection, although not up front might be good to change while intake off.

A- are u loosing fluid or are you just smelling coolant?
if you recently had the pipes done the smell takes a while to dissipate.
B-Check under the water pump if you had the water pump replaced during the pipe repair. The bolts holding on the water pump are very light torque and sometime are overtightened, stripping the threads on the block and lose grip.

Oil is good. Think I found where it's landing but don't know where it's coming from.

This shot is from underneath the car looking straight up from the passenger side. . I see it on the fan shroud.

only so many places it can come out. radiator, hose fittings. Id keep plastics off, run the the p!g and lie under it for a while with a flashlight. At the shop id pressurize the system and force the leak. Got a reliable indy?

Does anyone have a diagram to show me what hoses/fittings are on the passenger side of the vehicle to look for? I dont think its a radiator because its on the fan shroud and i dont think the cayenne has known issues with that.. mine is a 2005 with only 64k miles... common sense is telling me a cracked hose/fitting someone on that side. I only see the residue starting half way down the fan shroud..

I recently change my pipes and I checked a kit out from Advance Auto Parts that includes an adapter that will expand to fit any opening. However, you will need someone to help hold the fitting in so that the pressure does not pop the fitting out while you pump the handle.
