I've had a recurring problem where my homelink system (2011 Cayenne S) loses its memory every few weeks. Once it was right after the entire electronic/nav system rebooted on its own while driving. First post here.

I finally brought it into service, and of course they can't duplicate the problem. But since they can't see it, they are claiming they can't fix it. So I was hoping someone else here has seen this and can give me some tips on how to solve it (or specifically, for me to give instructions to the dealer as to how to troubleshoot/solve it).
