2012 Cayenne S - adjusting the clock
First time posting in this forum, and I am embarrassed to have to ask, but I can't figure out how to adjust the clock. It is set an hour ahead, and I can't find the instructions in the owner's manual to set it to the correct time. Sorry for the lame topic. :icon107:

Step 1) Locate PCM control unit.
Step 2) Wait a couple of months like me until the time changes back. You are welcome. |

UPDATING DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME IN YOUR CAYENNE OR PANAMERA
For all Panamera models and for Cayenne vehicles equipped with PCM incl. Navigation: Step 1: Setting the Time Zone Please ensure that your vehicle is set up for the correct time zone. To do so, navigate in the multi-function display located in the instrument panel: Vehicle > Settings > Date and Time > Time > Zone and then choose your applicable time zone. Step 2: Deactivating Daylight Saving Time Adjust the Daylight Saving Time (DST) setting by going to: Vehicle > Settings > Date and Time > Summer time or DST (+ 1:00) and deselect the tick box. For Cayenne vehicles without Navigation Module: Navigate in the multi-function display located in the instrument panel: Vehicle > Settings > Date and Time If the tick box Summer time or DST (+ 1:00) is selected: Scroll down and deselect the tick box. If the tick box Summer time or DST (+ 1:00) is not selected: Scroll down to Time and adjust the clock manually in the next screen back by one hour. |

Thanks for the detailed explanation R:icon107:

The key (which took us a while to figure out) being that this is in the display near the tachometer, not the main PCM or nav unit.

That is as long as the before start checklist on an Airbus. It might have been easier just to move to the displayed time zone. :-)
