Lovely memory of my European delivery
Part of having a Porsche is also finding the right place to park it

The new Diesel finally arrived after a 4 month wait on Thursday, so a trip down the coast on Saturday.
General Cayenne love all round , wife & kids all happy. 20" aftermarket rims fitted same day, we are going to paint the grey out [its too blue for our taste] to matt/semi black and sort out the centre cap as well.
Saw 7.1l/100km after the first freeway run, but now up to 9-10lt/100km after lots of slow running looking at property and some city driving.
Massive improvement over the 02 X5 4.4, just so much smoother. I feel I 'm going to loose the licence as it puts on speed so easily with just a touch of the throttle! Can't wait to punt it in the twisties, but will have to wait till my shoulder gets better [recent surgery]
Loving the Pano roof, MFD in the dash, Bose stereo, and used the load managemnet system today to tie down a computer in the back.

Just looking....

Nice ride!
Mine is due end of this week/early next week.
Was in Melbourne (Brighton) last July, went to a footy match at the "G" - great time!
Your speed limits and (taxes on cars) are sure tough.

Picked up my new baby 2 weeks ago now. Here are a couple of shots at the dealer, the lovely part of having a diesel, and at home with her older sister.

That's just the factory black option. I don't like the chrome on the older ones and hasn't payed attention that they reduced it on the 958. I would have been happy with the default option, but I do like this better. It was one of the cheap options too (only beat by the fire extinguisher I believe).

Yes that mileage was nice. Been running about 24-26 since, but the trip home was mostly highway. I can't wait to see what it does on our trip to FL next month. If it pulls 33 the whole way that will be 1 tank of gas

Will still have to stop to let the dogs and kid out though

Couple of nice diesels!
Congratulations!
Mileage is great, wish I had one when I go on those long road trips... but it wasn't available when I bought.
Have to enjoy the time I had with mine as compensation
