Default What is this option on my 2005 Cayenne Turbo

I have checked the manual and looked at other Cayenne pictures and haven't seen it yet. Any idea what it's? How to use it?

Strange. I have a 2005 CTT and I do not have that button.

First time I've seen that one..... Probably a self-leveling option.....

Push it and go park on a curb with half of it on and the other half off and see if it levels it out....or put it in "Special Terrain" mode and push it ... Play around with it.... I'm telling you once you take one of these P!g's off-road you gain a NEW respect for what it can do on-road...

It is a capsizing alert indicator.

If the P!g begins to list to one side and the PASM is at its limits for self leveling, that little LED blinking is the last thing you will probably see before you wake up in a lifeboat and watch the P!g roll over and go down for the last time.

Really....

Pigs love to roll over...especially in the mud.

Oh God, now look at what you've done Lewis! I've become negative about Pig ownership almost as bad as you old farts that have been around here since day one!

Bad Andy....Bad Andy....

Actually, I was trying to be serious in my reply, although I admit my German to English translation skills might be a "bit" off.

As for the "old farts", sadly we lost quite a few of the forum veterans from the original "alpha" and "early beta" days.
I could name some of them, but out of respect for the deceased, its better that I don't.

Owning a Cayenne with an A506 was a badge of honor. The Cayenne forum was a much different place back then, much more humorous, even with Larry roaming around like a T-Rex with PMS.

That has to be the switch for the optional rear differential locker, part of offroad package. The toggle on the left is for the center locker which is standard on all Cayenne. If you don't offroad, you will never use it. If you do and ever stuck with one of the rear wheel spinning, lock it. But do not use it on paved road!
