Looks great! I love it. I did mine a year or so ago, before the Panamera lettering was available. I used 928 letters. I like yours better, but am not gonna go thru with it again for the modest change.

Nothing about the Cayenne harkens back to the 911.....nothing
But that lettering does.

What about the elephant hide upholstery ala 1965?
Plugs fowl just like the 65-67 cars?

(Crests belong up front)

This isn't really too hard to do. I did mine and started with wide release tape aligned with the rear window seam. If you need another run of release tape overlapping that to center the letters vertically (I did), it is easy enough to eyeball the overlap but if you have to make marks on the first layer, do that.

Then mark the release tape where the beginning of each letter will be. You can calculate it but it still will pay to eyeball the beginning of the P and the end of the E to make sure it is centered correctly above the license plate. Then just apply the letters at each mark, aligning the top of the letter with the bottom of the release tape.

Do it right and it comes out perfectly. Then you will have the lettering of the 2011 model but a rear end that does not look exactly like that of a newer model Hyundai Santa Fe.

Yea it wasnt too bad,
1) i measured where the original letters were up from the license plate area then used an erasable magic marker to mark the spot,
2) placed a line of masking tape straight across those marks for a baseline
3) marked the center where the "S" went which is straight down from the latch on the rear window, placed the "S" on the top edge of the tape
4) made a cardboard cutout of "xx" milimeters for a spacer between letters
5) use the spacer to place each letter same distance apart and placed them on top of the tapeline
