Can you tell me which version software you guys have? My dealer tells me that the version that I currently have is the latest one. Something tells me that they may be wrong.

I had exactly the same problem just two days ago with a blackberry 8830. I am pretty sure that the problem was with the BB, not the car. I fixed it by resetting the BB by removing the battery.
