Default anybody go from range rover to cayenne turbo

Recently sold an 08 Range ROver HSE supercharged and thinking of getting an 09 cayenne turbo S. Curious how others that have moved from the range to the turbo or turbo S cayenne have enjoyed the switch

The RR is very heavy and truck-like. You will notice that the Cayenne is much more manoeuvrable and lighter on its feet, even though it weighs 5000 lbs. Around town, when you are out of the turbo it is sedate and easy to handle but in "sport" mode and under hard execration it is a true animal with a very sensitive throttle. The interior of the Cayenne, even in Turbo S trim, is more functional and basic on the inside compared to the opulent RR interior.
The Cayenne Turbo S is a great machine and you are lucky to be able to own one.

get it!!! It is a rocket. Unless you were taking your RR off road the Porsche is better in every way.

i went from an 07 rr supercharged to a ctt. Does not even compare in all aspects but one. I'd give the range the nod in comfort by a bit but its so damn slow compared to a cayenne.

body roll will so completly different as the Turbo S has PDCC standard - much more powerfull than RR adaptive suspension version.

less storage in the back though!
