Price is actually amazing for the miles it has, personal opinion only 
But...
I'll get my hands wet.
First off it's a 5/03 build, which by this forums standards is the worst year. We have an 8/03, been a hoot with no catastrophic failures.
As per CARFAX-
This vehicle was registered in a county declared a flood disaster area by the Federal Emergency Management Agency ( FEMA ).
Looks like it spent most of it's life in Louisiana

I will tell you that is is a very reputable seller. I bought a M5 from them and would defintely buy again. Every car I have seen at his shop is in excellent condition. If you are serious, I can go check it out for you.
