Transmission/Transaxle Problem?
I have an 04 CS with 70K miles. When you downshift to pass or accelerate on an on ramp or just step on it for whatever reason the response is good but as soon as it upshifts there is a violent jerk that feels like the rear axle is going to break or fall off. Has anyone experienced this? There are absolutely no error codes or warnings. Any ideas?
I also have that air suspension workshop warning intermittently for about a year now. They have never been able to figure it out so we just keep ignoring it. Probably waiting for the extended warranty to expire.
God help me, I still love that car.

TCU/ECU/Valve body assembly/cracked transfer case/transmission........I would suggest bringing it into your local dealer for a thorough transmission inspection.

70K with 100K extended warranty bought at time of car purchase from dealer. Vehicle now in the dealership for 11 days with most of that time waiting on extended warranty company to approve replacement of the transmission. Now waiting on parts. The V6 Cayenne loaner is steel springs and not much pep but still fun to drive.
