Question Can I put 275/45/R20 on Sport Techno's?

Just picked up a set of 20" SPort Technos for my '05 CTT and I am now contemplating what tires to put on these. I'm curious if anyone has used a 275/45 instead of the OEM 275/40 series and if so, any issues?
Will my dealer flip out when I bring it in for service (it's a lease)?
Also, is it absolutely necessary to have an N-rated tire if an alternative meets speed and load ratings?
I am contemplating a Yokohama or maybe even a Hankook Ventus?
Any users of these brands on a Cayenne? Any problems?....
Same question again is whether using a non-OEM, non-N tire could affect warranty, etc?
I will return my lease at the end with OEM 18" wheels and tires (n-rated) that i got it with...
Thanks....

I was considering the same thing. The price and selection is much better with 275/45. Hankook makes the 275/40 for a reasonable price but its a pretty ugly looking tire.

I've seen T-regs on 275/45's it's NOT a giant tire... little less height than 285/35-22.

The 275/45-19 and 275/45-20 have IDENTICAL 4.9" sidewalls. So don't worry, it's NOT some 33 x 12.50-15 truck tire with a giant smushy sidewall!

Personally I wouldn't do it. There is a variance of almost 4% in rolling diameter. There is a reason PAG put that size tire on the 20" wheel. Remember you car is AWD and the computer monitoring all instances the tire contact, ABS, etc., can modify, change, or freak out under various loads.

Personally, I would suggest to stick with the 40. Not a good idea to temp disaster.

As for the N-Spec tires, read your manaul and see what it says and make your decision. I'll say this only once. The only thing that protects me and my wife as the front line of security in the car (any car) is the tires....which are the most important piece of equipment in the suspension and braking systems. Never at any time would I (1) skimp and buy cheaper tires to save a buck, and (2) never buy non N-rated tires for my car.

Sure many people have skimped with no bad results, but I am not going to be the one that posts on this board that I skimped and paid the consequences with tragedy.
