No, it's not being considered for the Cayenne (it's for the bride's Excursion, kids snowboards, since trying to get roof racks involves a fear of height issue with that truck)

Seems to be much nicer than the Yakima and Thule offerings.

Nice carrier. Nice anti-rattle feature. I have a similar rack, for bikes, which has worked well for my usage.

The guy in the picture evidently has no fear of heights, or common sense either.

I have a rear mounted rack for 2 bikes that works well on the Cayenne. Looked at something similiar to carry my son's sport bike (motorcycle) to the track but didn't get it at the end of last season. Probably wouldn't get these without the air suspension though to level things out. At least with that you don't have to worry about lights and the good old "!"...
