Default BRAKE DUST

here fellow members already got my 05 cs and started notice a few odds things perhaps you guys can clear up. 1. Engine sounds kinda loud like a left or something new blow on it, 2. fitting on upper front bumper around both head lights need fitting, 3. break squeaking at times,4. lots of brake dust every 2 days or so and i only have 450 miles on truck..does any one know first what is the factory brake pads f/r and who has change and to what brand/price/store can you refer. and last has anyone also put in cross drill rotors especially for those of us that doesn't go into mud/off roading ofcourse. thanks in advance.

easiest solution is to wax your wheels regularly and just spray it with high pressure water and its all gone

Brake Squeeking with your low miles (fresh pads) could be due to excessive buildup of dust inside the brakes themselves. Hit the caliper with the high pressure wash and it shoudl go away. Dealer did mine yesterday after the pads checked out fine, got rid off all the low speed squeeling..

cross drilled rotors? unless you're looking for a visual impact I think there are better ways to reduce brake fade (as in bigger brakes first...)

Many threads on brake dust- I don't think anybody makes a low dust pad yet, but I think there is a big pent-up demand around here!!! Have used Mintex red box and EBC green stuff on other vehicles which helped a lot. I'm waiting for a low dust pad as well...
