Rear AC Vent noise fix?
Does anyone have a solution to this? I'll turn the AC blower up high and it disappears. When the blower is medium or low you hear the wind noise.
Any thoughts or comments are appreciated.

Are you talking about the rear vents on the center counsel or the ones in the pillars? If your vents in the center counsel actually work, I'd like to know about it because mine don't function at all yet alone make wind noise!

Vents Working
My 04 TT rear vents seem to be working. They put out much lower volume of air than the fronts, but you can feel them working if you put your hand back there and the air is cold.
No wind noise for me from the rear. Do get quite a bit from the front.

A fix for the wind noise in the pillars is to open up the interior vent a bit more.
This vent is located on the left side, behind the rear bumper .

I'm not sure if I'm following you correctly on the fix.
I checked through the left rear side compartment. This is just behind and above the left rear wheel well. There is a thick piece of foam insulation and behind that is a black vent with a foam filter. Is this the intake? If so, how should this be opened up?
I've had this in to my dealer several times with no improvement and the whistling (which comes and goes) is driving me nuts.

The whistling noise from the side pillars is caused by over-pressure.
You can easily test this by sligthly opening one of the windows.
As soon the air can escape, the whistling is gone.
The interior air escapes through the black vent with the foam filter.
To lower the cabin pressure, you can either open up the louvers from the grill a bit more or remove the filter.
