At 149k my driver seat was sagging to the point it bothered my back back so I ordered a new cushion from Auto Atlanta for $155 shipped. I managed to get the seat out in about 20 min and it took 1.5 hrs to release the leather from the seat base using an assortment of trim tools. It's tricky but completely doable.

Wow do I need to do that! The PO was a very large human being... I've been meaning to replace the foam for over 8 years.

I'm by no definition large and it's still worn out, the side bolter is solid now. Best upgrade since the suspension refresh.

Getting it back together also wasn't too bad, a bit of a challenge to squeeze the back of the cushion in. I used zip ties instead of hot rings and reattached the bolster seat heaters with a strip of carpet tape.
