I want to remove the hood for paint. There are 4 bolts that hold it on, but also a line. In that line there are some wires and I guess a tube for the washers. But I don't see how this can be disconnected. I opened it up a bit and peeled back the tape, but no clear way to remove it. AllData doesn't seem to have anything either.

I think that line just feeds the washer nozzles which pop out at their positions

It has some electrical wires and I think they run to the latch. There is a hood latch open sensor so maybe that is for that. But even then, how could you even disconnect (and worse reconnect it at the sensor and washer). I think this may be a case of cut and splice.

I did also see this part on eBay and it looks like you may be able to disconnect it deeper down the way, but that looked to be a challenge. I will check again.
