Default Alignment changes with ride height changes?

I remember all the changes in alignment, bump steer etc when lowering 914's and 911's over the years. How can the alignment like toe, etc not change dramatically when changing ride height on Cayenne's with air suspension? Is that why tire wear can be so bad?? Just dawned on me while out running tonight...(always do my best thinking while pounding the pavement)

TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) No. 4495 (dated 10-24-03) (available to contributing members at Renntech.org) says "Wheel alignment should not be performed until the new vehicle has 120 miles (200 km.) on the odometer. This is due to the fact that the settling behavior of the Cayenne suspension is not complete after [sic] this distance."

Does this imply that we all have to take our new Cayennes back to our dealers after 200 miles for wheel alignment?

But which suspension does that regard? Is this air or steel or both?
