does anybody make a bolt with cayenne tow hook thread?

I believe the screw-in tow hooks have left handed threads in these cars.

That pelican item says it has 5/8-11 threads and the photos show right handed, but I have doubts.

Here's one that at least has a photo of a left handed thread:

And looking at that pic (and remembering from last time I looked at my Cayenne's tow hook attachment), it looks more like an Acme thread vs. a standard 60* metric ISO / DIN thread.
