Looking at an 85k miles 09 CTTS and need help
Ok. Went to look at an 09 CTTS. Looks great. Rear seat won't latch on the passenger side, pano roof is super slow and this is what the engine sounds like. Does she sound ok to you all? Has full leather (read 176 pages of threads and think all CTTS have all leather). Any thoughts on the car? Not a first time p car owner but would bet first CTTS.

Forum wisdom says avoid the pano. Wait for another. That thing is a liability waiting to break. At best, it is stuck closed/sealed. Make sure you know where the manual crank is and how to use it.
Other than that, I am loving mine (despite _many_ issues so far) - these things are amazing vehicles.
I am assuming you have read the "read this first" sticky? (maybe a few time? if not - that is probably worth it.)
(... But if you do buy it, and don't care about the engine bay beauty covers, I'll buy that cover that goes over the throttle body. I can't seem to find them anywhere salvage, just new for $$$.)
EDIT - no expert here, but that buzzing sound (not speaking of the clicking, but of the constant-tone buzzing), sounds like how my power steering pump sounds on its way out the door. No expert at all though. And sound is not going to tell you the bore-scoring story unless it is already really bad. If you want to know, pony up and $ for a boroscope. Much less likely in the 09 CTTS than the NA ones or the earlier ones, but still happens?

I have read the sticky twice. Good source of info. I hate sunroofs and would never use it but figured I would open it and see if it worked. Opens up no issue but slow to close. Worried about the ticking sound more than anything else. Acceleration is great, brakes are good when jammed hard and steering is amazing as expected but worried a bit about the ticking sound

Nice motorcycle.
That engine is toast. If you can get the car for real cheap and feel like swapping the engine go for it.

What's up with that shifter ****? Never seen one of those before.
That throttle body cover and that plenum (dark grey and larger) we're only used on the Turbo S and why they're valuable. I sold both of mine off as I installed an ipd plenum and use one of the posts from the cover holder as the base for my aftermarket CF hood prop (which is actually a short telescoping camera monopod) and it stores in the indentation of the beauty covers where the gas strut used to lay down.
