Oh, boy. I think that's the bad one that disables the car. There is a company that will fix the circuit boards that are preventing the car from being able to start or move with this error for something like $300. Porsche's solution to my knowledge is a whole new steering column for close to 5 figures. You should be able to find some info by searching for Cayenne steering column problem.

I got that one recently. It was due to a bad battery.
