From the video, it sounded like you accelerated and then let off the gas and then I heard the noise. Is that accurate. If so, it sounds like your boost diverter valve is whistling instead of blowing off the excess boost quickly so maybe sticking. if it does it while you're lightly accelerating instead, does the whistling start as the boost needle starts to move. If so, sounds like a boost leak - check the intercooler plumbing connections.

Hello. Thanks for responding

the noise is accelerating gears 1-4 and seems to stop at gears 5 and 6, or after 40 plus mph.
I heard the whining coincide with the gears shifting.
