Those are ambient air temperature sensor, and oil temperature sensor codes. Have you checked the wiring under and near the front of the engine?

The I believe Oil temp sensor is part of the level sensor on the bottom of the pan, and the ambient temperature sensor is in the bumper. This seems like a wiring issue to me. Does your oil temp gauge and outside temperature display work?

The codes do not mean that the part is bad - it is simply a way to assist you in doing a proper diagnosis.

With all 3 apparently acting up, I doubt that replacing the 3 sensors will solve your issue. I agree with RT930turbo that you probably have an electrical/wiring issue instead.

I had the same 3 codes pop up on my 2005 Cayenne S today. I replaced fuse number #39 (Diagnosis - 5 amp) in the passenger (right side) fuse box. Oddly, in my owners manual (p. 317) this fuse designation was left blank. I cleared the faults with an OBDII tester; so far the codes haven’t reappeared.
