Where are you going to mount those resistors - they usually get super hot and are usually designed to be mounted to sheet metal as a heat sink. Tien the lights on and hold it to test how hot it gets so you decide whether to keep it away from plastic stuff or not.

There was no room inside with the bulbs, so i made a tiny cutout in the panel for the wires and sealed it with silicone (pic). There's enough of a gap between the exterior of the rear light assembly and the body of the car. I zip-tied the resistor to the assembly in the exact location you see here in the picture. So it's in the air gap between the body and the light assembly, so there should be air flow. Also, my reversing lights are never on for very long so I'm not worried. I'll haven't considered the placement for the fog lights yet, but i'll come up with something.
