I just removed that screw yesterday. 1.5 hours to get one screw off. I’ve ordered a 5mm wobble long reach Allen socket to make the install easier.
Doing the same project on my 04. Also doing the serpentine belt tensioner and pulleys.

Why do you needed so long to get those throttle body screws of? Also this

Had free time and just changed O-ring from throttle body... Man it was bad and damaged. As you can see it has cracks and also it has about 15-20% thinner width. Thanks again

Not the throttle body screw. The difficult one is the one circled in red from the first post.

Welcome. Yes, that was a bad looking seal! I am sure your car will reward you for that choice.
