Default Clicking sound when accelerating

I have a strange clicking sound when accelerating that goes away after a few seconds, it sounds like it is coming from the passenger side. I will hear it at every stop but it goes away completely after driving a while and its not very loud, you would not even notice if you were not paying attention I think I hear it less if I have the window open. I am going to take a look at the cv joints but anyone have any other ideas?

CV joints would click worse when turning. Do full lock low speed turns in both directions and see if the noise is worse.

Could also be the beginning symptoms of a cardan shaft issue where the rubber surround in the bearing support deteriorates and allows for too much play, causing a thump that you can actually feel on the center tunnel as it rotates. Once it gets really bad, it's described as a midget with a hammer
