Exclamation !!! URGENT HELP !!! Tool lost in pipe !!!

Can someone help me regarding my issue.

While I was changing crank case ventilation pipe I lost small extraction tool inside the pipe. Check pics to see where it fell in to... Where does this line leads and how to get it out. Problem was caousing old plastic part that have left in side rubber hoses. I tried to pull them off but peaces were falling apart from each other. Plastic was so bad. Tool is this orange thing I hold in my hand, and like the one on pic metal part fell in to right rubber pipe where I point with screwdriver .

I hope you did NOT even start the car. Your photos are confusing. Just show us ONE PHOTO on where the suspect tool may be please?

I just hope it didn't pass that 90 degrees bend. Where does this line leads to? Because I cannot see in clearly from the pic. Does air goes to or from T line (white plastic)?

I am more concerned about your finger than your car!!!

Have you tried fishing a really strong magnet on a string down the hose yet? It could quickly save the day. You would be surprised how powerful those cheap, tiny neodymium magnets are. Perhaps you could run it along the outside and pull the tool up out of the pipe as well.

HAHAHA,at least laugh is fine now You made me laugh... Off topic, I can bend all my fingers by 90 degrees outwards. So everything is fine with fingers.

I will try and search tomorrow from some mechanic some flexible magnet so that I can put it in and try. Also ordered now 2 types of magnets from AliExpress.

You might also get an endoscope and use the hook or magnet attachment and see (literally) if you can fish it out that way.

It is a vent line for the turbo drain pipe. You will never get that line off with the engine in the car. Time to get creative. The good news is that it wont damage anything and probably stopped where the rubber meets the stainless line. Stainless isnt magnetic and that helps but Im guessing it fell in plastic loop up.

I have tried with magnet but it cannot pass the part where rubber meets aluminium. Oh thank you for that GREAT NEWS! Because I tried everything and there is NO way I can get this line out definitely when the engine is int the car. Also I am calmer because I tried other tool that I have and put it beside pipe. There is no way it can pass on this side nor in right. What is the flow of fumes inside this line? Towards intake manifold or towards turbo?

Just throwing ideas out there, but have you tried a stronger magnet OUTSIDE the line? The idea is to have the magnet drag the tool along, kind of like an aquarium cleaning tool. Or at least get it up some of the way and then switch over to the in-line magnet and a string. Might be worth a shot if you can at least get to the outside of the line.

The $15 USB camera from eBay/Amazon probably isn't going to clear the first rubber to metal connection, so I doubt it will help much.
