New to the group ! Just got a "Project Car"
Hello everyone, I bought a wrecked Cayenne a few weeks ago and just started to take it apart in my garage. My plan is to restore it to an acceptable driving conditions but seems that I'll need a lot of parts
I'll share the progress with you all !

Yikes - I really hope you at least got paid to tow that out of the scrap yard - just fixing that front bumper to a mildly acceptable level will cost more than the whole thing is worth when it's all said and done (on the other hand, selling those wheels alone will probably get you more than the whole car is worth).

Hercrespi, Welcome to the P!G Pen and congrats on your new acquisition!
If you take your time and do your homework/research when buying replacement parts, I'm sure that you'll succeed in the end. It appears that the previous owner has already spent some money on this car.
Right off the bat, I see 21" GTS rims and I think that the wheel arch flares were also an option on the "S". Good luck with your endeavors and please keep us posted with your progress.
BTW, it would be nice to fit a Turbo/GTS front fascia on this car. Research will tell you if it's been previously done and how...

He will buy used parts.
Ex: 300 bumper, 200 fender , 300 headlight etc.
i am sure that he will install everything his self. Also he will find a cheap body shop for painting and entire project will not be more than 5k.
Succes hercrespi and keep us updated.

It's your lucky day - I have a ton of parts left over from my widebody build. Someone who wrecked the passenger side of their Cayenne bought up many from that side, but your impact is on the opposite side where I have lots of stuff, such as.
Driver's Side Turbo S Intercooler - probably don't need this on an S
Driver's Side Signal Lamp / Turn Signal (different on the S)
Driver's Side Fog Light
Lower Aero Wing (this probably would bolt up under your bumper to complement the fender flares look)
Driver's Side Windshield Washer
One of the front corner support plates (I have both)
Behind bumper ducts for the intercoolers
Driver's Side Xenon Headlight Housing
I also have a complete Drivers side side view mirror with heat & glass, both OEM horns, complete set of the same GTS wheels with tires, some wiring harnesses, and the Turbo S hood (has a small ding in the front from kicking around the body shop, but is easily fixable), and since your in NC, within driving distance (I'm near Clemson in SC).
All the parts came off this 28,000 mile car.
Let me know via PM or e-mail (petza914@gmail.com) if interested in any of it and we can come up with a package price or when you want to come down and go "shopping".

Good Afternoon Everyone and thanks for all the comments !
I'll take a few pictures today, apparently the damage is isolated to the front bumper, headlight, radiator mount, fender and driver airbag. I'm still taking the car apart and will decide if this is something that I want to invest time fixing or will sale to someone with time to fix it. Engine starts/runs smooth and suspension seems to be intact from the accident.

I'm surprised the engine starts after the airbag was deployed. There is a thermal explosive link in the primary circuit fusebox from the battery that is supposed to blow when the airbag is triggered. It shuts the engine down - while leaving power on for things like the lights and power windows. Some people have gotten around it by putting a bar of copper across the gap in the fuse.. the actual official Porsche fix is to replace that fusebox. It's located under the driver's seat next to the battery box. It is not inexpensive.
