Turbo trailer hitch bolts
Just bought a Turbo Cayenne without a hitch. Found a hitch, but forgot to get the bolts. Does anybody know what size bolts to mount the OEM hitch?. Looking for length as well as diameter.

It all depends on what model year Cayenne you have. For 955 and 957's...
04' -05' take a 14 X 1.5mm bolt N 909 892 01
06'-10' take a 12 X 1.5mm bolt N 910 292 02
Either year the bolts are 100mm long.
When I did my hitch I found the 12mm bolts for less than $3 each as a VW part (same part number).

I went to the dealer, and they confirmed that I should use the 12mm bolts. I bought all 8 and took the car apart and.....I need the 14 mm bolts after all. This is a 2006 CTT. What a PITA!
